Golden yellow wine with a discreet shade of emerald green. It exudes the scent of a fresh mountain morning, freshly cut dewy grass, green peppers, freshly picked asparagus and fresh arugula. In the background, we are tempted by a slightly citrusy note, with soft tones of lavender. Extremely fresh on the palate, with similar aromas and smell, with a long finish of lime that slowly flows into a pleasant minerality. It is full-bodied with strong acids and in fine balance with alcohols. This sauvignon would be best paired with strong and fatty cheeses, a salad of tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and olive oil, or with a good, thick steak of red tuna on the grill.
The ideal combination with this is a salad of tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, strong and fatty cheeses and grilled red meat.
