Wine with a closed ruby red color, predominantly fruity and jammy aromas of red berries and mild aromas of smoke. Medium to full bodied, strong and ripe tannins and lively acids, with a distinctly long fruity finish.
An ideal pairing for this wine would be veal tongue slow-cooked with a sauce of black currants and red onions cooked in red wine with pepper, or a beef burger with barbecue sauce and fries.
