Layered and complex pink, with a scent reminiscent of bitter orange and a slice of watermelon, followed by apricots, red currants and strawberries, with a clear herbal-floral tone. Juicy in the mouth, with fine acids, long, with aromas of fresh floral fruit, with some spicy, vanilla notes.
Caesar salad, mozzarella and young homemade cheeses, pasta carbonara, kebabs, eagle chicken, pheasant pate, grilled perch and almost any dish except strong meats will pair perfectly with this wine.
