Production process - The beginning of cheese is an apple that we squeeze into juice, then we make apple wine, i.e. CIDER, then that same CIDER is distilled once, as well as the second time. After that, it goes into barrels, where it ages, and then after aging it goes into bottles.
In the production process itself, we use four varieties of apples: GALA, GRANNY SMITH, FUJI and ZLATNI DELIŠES. Each is baked separately, each is aged separately and then blended.
These are coupage distillates 3 years old, 4 years old and 5 years old.
